Communication, command, control and intelligence or C3I strategy is the capability to acquire, process and disseminate information across force elements. The capability must be reliable, provide secure multilevel access and be protected from attack.

Command- The command is kind of directional process which belong to assigning of work and jobs during strategically situations, well commanded person can determine the work, objectives of the job and futuristic approach. A good command system can influence the complete strategy and models. Decision making or battle command remains the combination of art and science. The non-hierarchical dissemination of intelligence, targeting and other data, facilitated by seamless communications and effective information management and distribution,

Control- Control is the process of verifying and correcting the activity such that the objectives or goals of command is accomplished. The control system always connected to the command center to receive information and process on them, control refers to an objective which belongs to command and communication approach. An effective control comprise with the command and communication as well as intelligence of sources.

Communication- A seamless communication means, robust, survival and multilevel secure to provide information and availability in easy way. Good communication is most important factor that affect the strategically influence on the opposite wing. Seamless communication include the technologies, associated with networks, network management and advanced radio communication systems. The technical challenge is to provide local area network and ground mobile networks.

Intelligence- Intelligence is most prominent factor to co-ordinate among, communication, command and control systems. The term intelligence define as the information sources, reliability and validity of received information. And intelligence network uses different kind of approaches, efforts, technologies and technical as well as social factors. Intelligence uses the networks, communication systems, local resources of information.

The most important part of intelligence is local information which analyse with respect to strategically interests.
