What is stress? What job related factors seem to cause stress? How can stress be reduced?
Answer:
Stress is your body’s way of responding to any kind of demand or threat. Stress is the body's natural defence against predators and danger. It flushes the body with hormones to prepare systems to evade or confront danger.
Causes of stress:
Excessively high workloads
Insufficient workloads, making people feel that their skills are being underused.
A lack of control
A lack of interpersonal support.
People being asked to do a job for which they have insufficient experience or training.
Bullying or harassment.
A poor physical working environment,
Job issues or retirement
Lack of time or money
family problems

Relationships, marriage, and divorce
Stress reduction technique:
Medicines: Doctors will not usually prescribe medications for coping with stress
