More Rest, Less Stress
1.) Stress Factors: What are some of the things that stress you out and weigh you down?
2.) Rest Factors: How do you schedule rest in a life that is already so scheduled and so busy? Do you even try?
3.) Personal Reflection: Do you think you would be able to live a happier or more meaningful life if you had less stress weighing you down and distracting you from enjoying each moment of your life?
1) Various factors that stresses out someone are:
2) I always try that I schedule my work such that I get ample rest. Nevertheless there are days when I have to stretch to meet my goals and hence I don't get enough rest. I try to make up for this later. It is good to be involved and say yes to the situations in your life but you should also take care that you are not over-stretched. Thus saying no to things sometimes is good.
3) Happiness varies from person to person. Some are happy with materialistic accomplishment and others may feel the need to be mentally happy. In life we need to strike a balance among things. I would aspire in such a way that I don't put my self under constant stress and thus end up not enjoying what I aspired.
