Debate the concept: “Food fads can be dangerous, and the concept of junk foods is overstated!” State your pros and cons. What do you lean towards?
Answer - both food fads and junk foods diet are appear with negative effects on health. Food fads deals with weight loss plan which is only good for short time, type of weight lost a usual regained. This type of weight loss based on unusual requirements, misinformation that promise immediate weight loss. In other hand junk foods are those food items that are unhealthy for your health such chips, burgers, oily foods etc
Pros of food fads-- you can loose your weight within short time period, it promises you easy and short way to loose weight, no need for excessive exercise.
Cons of food fads-- it appears with some major health issues such as dehydration, weakness, fatigue, constipation, headache, inadequate mineral and vitamin intake etc.
Pros of junk foods - - it can easily satisfy your taste, easy to make, affordable etc
Cons of junk fodds - - it appears with many major health issues such as consumption of junk food can easily increase your obesity level. It appears with high sugar, calories and fat quantities.
