• Drip factor = 60 gtt/ml

Drip rate in minute = (23/60) x 60

• Total second  = 3600 second ( converting 1 hour into seconds , 1 hour = 60 minute , 1 minute = 60 second , hence 1 hour = 60x 60 = 3600 second.
