Eating habit is generally referred to as the habits that people eat in their routine life. This is also based on the type of tradition and culture. Sometimes eating habit helps you to judge whether you are taking a healthy or unhealthy diet. Good eating habits involves eating a variety of vegetables, orange vegetables, and fruits. This also includes a diet of whole-grain high fiber and the cereals. One can also add low-fat milk and low dairy product in healthy eating habits.
Excessive eating especially highly processed food, fast food leads to cause obesity which may accelerate the onset of puberty. Higher fat mass generally results in early attainment of the puberty stages which represent that this has a noticeable role in the initiation of sexual maturation whereas underfeeding represents the delayed onset of puberty.
