Please state an exercise / movement and describe it using anatomical terminology. For this exercise / movement, state three movements and the plane of motion in which the movements occur, and the types of joints that are involved. Please explain all of this using anatomical terminology. Thank you!
Plane of motions is defined as those motion in which one can
move the leg away or towards you. There are different type of plane
of motion in the body which reflect the body movement in the manner
they move in real life. Three different planes of motion including
frontal, transverse, and sagittal. There is a different movement
that takes place at the joint. In the sagittal plane, one can
observe the decrease of the angle between two bones. In the frontal
plane motion toward the midline and moving towards. In the
transverse plane, the rotation is observed in the internal and
external vertical axis of the bone. Exercise and movement help to
define the Anatomical terminology that is exercising and sporting.
During Cardinal planes and exercising through different axes of
movement, the transfer explains the movement in which the body
motions are observed in which we can see the muscle functioning in
this manner.
There are three anatomical types of movement in the body which are
observed during the exercise or movement they are -
1.Flexion and extension -In this movement, decrease and increase in
the angle between two body parts.
2.Abduction and adduction -This is another Anatomical Movement in
which moves toward the coronal plane and medial motion is observed
in toes and fingers.
3. Elevation and depression are other angles which represent the
angle from horizontal move forward and backward part of an
object.
