Describes your school circumstance (e.g. size, management, tracking, characteristics of students, physical environment of the school, absence of security, a lack of resources, etc.) that led to more delinquent behaviors (You can point out a specific kind of delinquency such as school bullying, drug using, violence, etc.) What do you think school officials should do about?

Schools nowadays have a lot of delinquent behaviors like there are cases of bullying, drug addiction, severe punishments, misbehavior with staff, violence, due to an absence of security and lack of resources.

The school system is mostly responsible for it, there must be a community or staff who must take care of all the wrong things taking place in the school campus, thus maintaining the decorum and a consistency in school's peace.

My school had a large building with a student strength of nearly twelve hundred students, seventy staff members, ten servants, reception, lack of security, there was a school playground where most of the bullying or violent activity among students took place. This is really sad, there was no special community to take care of this kind of activities.

School officials should form a separate team of members which will take care of the peace and the inhuman activities in the school campus.

Apart from this, a camera should be there in each and every corner of the school campus. So, everything can be recorded and taken care of.
