System analysis and System Planning is an ultimate and one of the core part in designing and developing of any system because if you are not planning and nalysing what basically you are going to do with the particular system you are surely to put your Project in heavy risk and simultaneously to a huge loss of human resources and Financial resources. Therefore Susan's approach is absolutely Wrong.
