Clearly describe how do you can use decision tree analysis and utility theory to help you make the decision about the offer that is better than your current job but not as good as the job you really like. I have a job which I really dislike.I had just been for an interview for a job that I really like and the interview went well but the result will not be known untill a month later,but I have another offer from an employer which is better than the current job.

I have not accepted the offer from the employer for job which I really dislike,because I have no interest in that.How can I be better or do my best for myself and employer also.
