Several studies suggest that customer experience will stand out as a demarcating factor for an average choose over multitude of established businesses, thereby giving a competitive edge to those businesses who follow a prompt customer engagement strategy. Although the firm is an established one, the increased engagement with the customers will ensure a word of mouth recommendation from these immensely satisfied customers to their peers and relatives. Every time someone talks about purchasing which the firm deals, this customer who's immensely satisfied by the engagement will step and do the marketing for us. A chain of referrals is established viz this practice thereby the firm's business as well.
