Sleep is an essential activity of human body. It helps in repairing body and boost up energy and stamina.Body and hormonal growth occur fastly during sleep.
Some people faces Deprivation in sleeping. This can cause harm to mental and physical ability.Cognition system is greatly affected by deprived sleep.Lack of concentration, Weak memory, swelling in brain, slow growth of brain cells happen and sometimes mutation happens which may cause cancer, Insomnia, depression like chronic diseases.
When sleep deprived the connection between cells weakens and it causes difficulty in receiving information about health of body and brain.These cells later destroys before their natural time.This causes improper Cognition effects.Thus, damage to these cells causes improper functioning of brain.Brains slowly and slowly weakens and its agility and ability to perform work reduces leading to weak Cognition system maintenance.That's why deprived sleep affect Cognition performance.
