How would you determine which trainings to provide internally and which trainings you might outsource and bring into the company? What are the benefits of using external training consultants.

It is always better to be updated internal as well as external training to the employees.Both plays an important role to build the organization as per the market standards.Now a day technology has been booming like anything so as per that employees are equally trained and organization should use their skills and ideas for industry growth.

The most important part of the organizational growth is employees are updated as per the present working tools and softwares.As day by day we are expecting the new technologies and tools in the market so all employees needs to be updated as per market needs.

Every company will have an internal trainers in order to update their employees to grow thier skills and are updated with the policies.Internal training is always limited.Their knowledge will be limited and with in the organization,but to grow the company as per the present standards this is not enough need more knowledge in terms of theoritical and as well as practical.Because the competation is high client will always show interest towards companies that are moving as per the market standards in order to meet the cliet requirements.Internal trainers needs to be more update as per the technology and tools that are used in the current markets.
