The Change agent was Mr. Jim Bergquist.
He was an external change agent.
He could see the business from a fresh perspective and brought new and innovative ideas by being an external, change agent, which helped to bring the change.

The work was being carried out as a game rather than just job. The strategies followed were as follows:
Giving a purpose: Employees were given purpose by making them understand, why they were doing a particular thing and where it was taking them
Making responsible: People were made responsible, rather than just doing their jobs, which helped in bringing accountability.
Coaching and Interaction: The work was made lively and people interacted more through creative and innovative work.

Employees were interacting more and more with each other through work, coaching. Everyone was committed to some kind of creativity and innovation in his work, which helped the fish market becoming lively and fun.
In terms of Customers, it was fun and interactive. In addition to fish buying, they started getting a different proposition in terms of entertainment and sports.
d)
John Yokoyoma brought certain changes in management style. Before the change, it was more about how he managed the business and after the change, it was more about how he looked at the people. People were just number for him before the change, however, after the change, people were made central to business.
