Define what a theoretical orientation is. Report the three theories that you matched most closely to and explain whether you think the assessment was accurate and why. It is the counselor’s philosophy and approach about how problems develop and how these are resolved or treated. It also informs the counsellor's focus in each session, goals of counseling, and interventions you will experience in counseling sessions.

The assessment and diagnosis faired quite accurately in my case as I was able to relate closely to the therapies, they in turn helped me to increase my perspective on things

Family Systems Therapy

The reason it didn’t suit me was because I do not have an immediate family and the therapy affected me adversely while I reminisced the times spent with them in my early days.
