The success of a group depends on the collective efforts of all team members. But due to various reasons the uniformity of the group gets distrubed. Let us discuss the varous reasons in detail.

1. Group conflicts - The main reason for this is the conflicts in the group, It may arise due to personal reasons or professional reasons, but this affects the working of the group majorly.

2. Devaition from group norms - Many a times people deviate from group norms, they design their own norms, which affect the group finally. while selecting a team itself we make sure that people with of same enthu sail along, or make them understand about the group working initially itself.

3. Communication gap - Many a times, sub groups will form in the same group and there exists a communication gap with the people other than the subgroup which results that the other people feel that they are left or isolated.

Buliding the gaps and solving the issues will lead to a healthy and respected group which performs well to the expectations.
