Healthcare system in the US is so diverse that bringing a sudden change is impossible . Most of the health institutions are owned by private individuals that aim at profit making. 21%of the government owned institutions render their services at minimal costs .

Problems : there is no strict and continuous monitoring on healthcare system in the US. The insurance policy for people under federal Medicare system doesn't cover all the age group people ,it covers only people aged above 65 years of age . Private organisations cashes in the unawareness of people by charging more than the actual . Most of simple MRI scanning ,regular heart check ups , BP checkups are also costly compared to European and Asian countries.Drug making companies are charging more than what is require unlike other countries . The US government has to focus on changing this profit based healthcare system into a pro patient healthcare system.

The extent of systematic blunders can be seen in everyone and everything ranging from an individual to pharma companies ,medical device manufacturers and doctors . Everybody has to change in this regard ,fist of all an individual has to compare and contrast the costs and treatment ,the government has to make continued efforts to focus on primary healthcare . Non profit organisations must be updated and made patient friendly . Healthcare rationing is not there in the US which is why there is no control over prices . Many Americans rely on machines rather than on jus medicine which increases the demand for devices . The practice of defensive medicine is sheer waste of money and time by the medical professionals.

Lawyers' intervention and more administrative control between a patient and a hospital is not so necessary ,this has to be avoided in order to control administrative costs. Middlemen should be controlled between the patient and the hospital ,more intervention of industrialists that influences government should be curtailed in order to deliver honest services . But for all this to happen we need to change the system i.e society itself which is more than impossible owing to the complexities involved in our country. Thank you.
