QATAR AIRWAYS:  Qatar airways are one of the leading airways company in aviation Industry established in 1993 and started its services from 1994. Its state owned airways with Qatar flag on it. Headquarter is located in Doha. It acts as a network hub and connecting to 150 destinations throughout the world. It’s having more than 180 aircrafts and approximately 40,000 employees are working.

Durability in Qatar Airways can be analyzed by applying the following Eight Dimensions of Quality:

  • As there is huge competition in the Industry, it’s tough to maintain the durability of the company, If they can follow the 8D's of durability will really help any industry for better service and security of the organization
  • Qatar airways mostly prefer providing the customer quality based service in order to satisfy the customer and provides the best service when compared with other providers.
  • In terms of maintenance, customer interaction and crew accommodation are also matters to stand best in the industry.
  • Airways mostly attract customers for its aesthetic appearance and quality of service. Customer satisfaction is the important factor to consider in the industry.
  • Most of the business class customers expect world class treatment for the money they have spent and travel should be comfort, and safe Qatar should satisfy its customers in all means.
  • Its reliability is also matter as most of the flights are manufactured with low durability and trustworthiness of the product. Qatar delivers best quality flights in terms of product quality and durability of the flights.
  • Service is one of the main concerns, where most of the airline services fail to meet the customer requirements like cleaning, appearance, dignity staff and crew member’s behavior towards customer etc are considered in the industry.
  • Qatar is best in having good technical and professional staff to deliver the best service to the customers.
  • Courtesy, proficiency and promptness are the best factors which will help to act effectively when there is some issue.
