Project quality can be managed by laying more emphasis on planning for the method used, the work to be distributed, Tools and techniques to be applied, focusing on the quality throughout the program, spending more on quality than quantity, expecting the worst result and working on them and spending the appropriate time rather than hurrying.
Quality planning, quality assurance, quality control, and continuous improvement are the four aspects of quality management. Quality planning includes the perfect planning strategy that ensures quality output. Quality assurance assures that the project is being managed and carried out well. Quality control ensures that the project reaches the expectation and can perform the task with ease. Continuous improvement is the effort to improve the project continuously. Kaizen strategy will be used to ensure quality and continuous improvement throughout the project.
Project risks can be managed by identifying the risk, analyzing the risk, evaluating it, finding a solution for it, and working towards eliminating the risk.
Mostly, the failure of the project can be due to lack of experience of workers, lack of visibility, poorly managed risk, lack of insight into the project, the lack of communication between all levels, lack of continuity, etc.
