Solutions

Expert Solution

Cardiovascular system and the respiratory system are two important system in carrying all major function of the body and to survive .Any disease of one or the other organ can impact the function of the other organ.

The cardiovascular system is mainly involved in collection of impure or deoxygenated blood and it is transported to the respiratory system for purification or converting it into pure or oxygenated blood. This pure blood again reaches the heart from where the blood is pumped to rest of the body.

The respiratory system functions mainly for gas exchange by collecting the carbon dioxide and releasing the oxygen necessary for the body .Any problem with this system can affect the acid base balance and therefore the vital organs .

They are mainly associated in the purification of the impure blood. Any defects in the function of one system can impaire the most important function of body and costing the lives of an individual either through cardiac arrest , respiratory arrest or cardiorespiratory arrest .
