"How well do you accept evaluations?
Evaluations are basically the feedback/response we receive from the evaluator for the work we have done. We can take it in a positive or a negative manner. We have to accept that there might be something or everything wrong if a negative feedback has been given just like we get happy about a positive evaluation. We have to make sure that we do our work properly so as to get positive evaluation.
We should always be ready for the review for our work that we will get and we should evaluate the work done by us before others do it. We should know whether we have done our work effectively and efficiently. Before others tell us, we know where we went wrong from inside and we should try to correct it. Listening to the evaluations properly and accepting it can help us go a long way in our professional career.
Our emotions should be kept aside and we must also learn to improve from the evaluator, this way we will create a positive and learning attitude. When the feedback is negative, just try to take the evaluator to be positive about you by not being emotional about it and taking the benefits out of that feedback. Ask questions so that the evaluator knows you are a good learner and say thank you in the end. Also you may ask the person for help to correct the work done.
