2. What effects does smoking during pregnancy have on the fetus?
A.effect and symptoms of chronic bronchitis-
effects-it is a disease caused by smoking , air pollution leads to emphysema ,
symptoms -mild cough ,yellowish colour cough,weeze and short of breath ,difficulty in breathing .
B . emphysema - effects - it is also a smoker disease resulting in deficiency of alpha -1- antitrypsin, in this disease alvoli produce macrophages phagocytize inhaled particles , macrophages release paticles which tends to destroy protein and lungs in long term .
symptoms - resulting in difficulty in breathing, coughing , excess mucous production
C lung cancer - effect and symptoms- dyspnea chest pain,cough, weezing, superior vena cava obstruction,cardic failure resulting from cardic involvement , swelling of face and arm

mother who smokes a packet of cigratte results in decrease of their babys weight by half
fetus RBC starts picking up carbon monoxide instead of oxygen
smoking can cause growth restriction of fetus that may result in negative impact on metabolism and production of insulin.
