Coenzymes are the molecules that are important for the activation of the enzymes . the activation of the enzymes leads to the decrease in activation energy for a reaction and reduces the time of reaction. The first statement is correct that some vitamins can act as a coenzyme. some vitamin b12 plays an important role in activation of enzyme in certain metabolic reactions and coenzymes are required in small amount . the concentration of the enzyme before and after the reaction remains the same

all the statements are correct . ∆G is a Gibbs free energy which determines that whether the reaction is spontaneous or non spontaneous. The spontaneous redox reactions have a negative∆G . Whereas the positive ∆ G indicates non spontaneous reaction. ∆ G indicates positive E cell and vice versa. The oxidation of the reduced member of a redox pair is associated to a ∆G <0 . And the reduction of the oxidation number of redox pair is associated to a ∆G > 0. anabolic pathway pathway that includes the formation and the catabolic pathway is a pathway that includes degradation.
