Expert Solution

Some pressures that we face and get influence ethical decision making is that money, work pressure , relationship etc. If there is a lot of work pressure and time period to reach and complete a task people will try to cheat. Money always makes the person corrupted and loose it's ethical values. Even what a good person you are everyone have a weakness in relationship which makes them get influence their ethical decision making with in an organisation.

I will make sure that all my employees will clearly understand the consequences they face if they go beyond or against the Code of Ethics of the company as those are the guidelines which all the employees in my organisation should follow at any cost. If they try to do anything those ethical standards the punishment will be severe this is what I will tell them.

I will take bonded agreement from them as people only do things if there is a contract as otherwise most of the cases they will consider things as a joke and do what they like. So when there is a bonded agreement anything against agreement will make them punishable in the court of law.
