Using any organisation of your choice, actual/fictitious analyse, comprehensively and critically discuss the nature of teamwork in the organisation and clearly show the functional and dysfunctional aspects of the team work. Discuss, comprehensively and critically, the nature of teamwork in the organisation.
I would take up Accenture India. There was lot of team work involved in the Accenture. Everyday there are some meetings to keep the work updated or recorded. There is lot of documentation and communication necessary in order to communicate to senior authorities. Relation is very friendly as even seniors managers discuss things or goals and objectives with juniors easily. The team also conducts various training in order to keep the skills updated.
This is very good exercise as one may open up in a team or rather things progress beautifully in team rather than working alone. There is always a joy and bond of togetherness due to the outings which are carried out. There isn't any politics or any kind of groupism in the team. And team work eventually leads to progress. I can find one drawback that there is lot of team work involved in this, one can not work individually and relax. Or rather taking all decisions of a project on own in not possible. Pretty things are also discussed in meetings. If there is more individual work such things would not be discussed or would be ignored. Some times such team outings can be boring.
But overall wltge work and the working experience is always good
