This Assessment will describe the importance of 'stronger controls' as they relate to system requests:

First of all, system requests are the documents for systems used by an organization to initiate a system development life cycle. System request helps pull together preliminary ideas to start the system project to improve service and performance and gather more information.

A system must have firm control to ensure the data's security and accuracy for the system requests.

There can be various 'stronger control' available for any organization.

For example, an organization can include passwords, encryption encoding of data, or various user access levels as some standard security controls for the system requests.

All these more robust controls are essential to ensure that the data is safe from an excess of unauthorized users.

The organization can also include so hardware-based security controls for their system request, which would consist of biometric devices. Biometric devices would identify any person by facial patterns or retina scans.

More robust controls also helps in ensuring that data is accurate. Controls helps in minimizing the entry errors in information whenever possible.

For instance, if any user enters an invalid client number, more reliable control should be such that the order processing system rejects the entry instantly.
