From the culture dimensions provided in the table
1) following things can be predicted about the organisational structure of Canada
Low power distance, high individualism and low uncertainty avoidance indicates that the organization follows a flat structure with greater degree of autonomy given to employees, the employees are given decision making authority, the organization structure is decentralised where employees only cares about only about their individual achievements. These also indicates that employees are bestowed with wide span of control.
2) Whereas following things can be predicted about the organizational structure in China
High power distance, low individualism and high uncertainty avoidance indicates the organization structure to be tall, with emphasis more on group achievement, employees does not enjoy autonomy in decision-making.This clearly indicates the organization structure to be centralised with narrow down of control.
