Vital Records:

vital records are the records of some of the important events happened in life and it was recorded by mostly governmental authorities but in some places by authorized local authorities also.

It mainly consists events like-

  • Birth
  • death
  • marriage
  • civil unions
  • domestic partnership

So, the authorities would provide us the certificate for these above-mentioned events.

how to apply-

All these events required some proof before apply. The proof may be any documents issued by any authorized institute or maybe a person even. some of the eg. are as follows-

  • Birth Certificate: ID/passport/signed application of both parents, documentation of the birth and identity of the child by the authority.
  • Marriage Certificate: ID/passport/signed application of both spouses, supporting documents attesting to the performance/declaration of the marriage by authority.
  • Death Certificate: ID/passport or other forms of identification, complete information regarding and certification of the death of the deceased; ID and signed application of the person declaring the death.

It is very helpful for various way like-

  • Birth records: It helps the government to find out the birth rate of children in any particular area as well as it acts as the first legal document of the child after birth.It is very helpful for the child to declare their birthplace, date of birth etc.
  • Death records: It helps the government to find out the death rate in any particular area as well as it acts as the legal document of the death of any particular person. It is very important for the claim of insurance type of events.
