To improve the performance and effectiveness of the company, the first thing to do is to hire the right talent for the job and entrust them with the responsibility of delivering the objectives. The roles and responsibilities of the recruited employees should be properly defined and the right incentives should be provided for delivery
It is important to put the processes and systems in place to get the work done. The processes and procedures must be standardised so that there is no deviation in the end results. Also, the outputs should be monitored and proper monitoring mechanism should be put to place. Any deviations from required outputs should be immediately flagged and course correction should take place.
