It is important to put the processes and systems in place to get the work done. The processes and procedures must be standardised so that there is no deviation in the end results. Also, the outputs should be monitored and proper monitoring mechanism should be put to place. Any deviations from required outputs should be immediately flagged and course correction should take place.

Company should invest in technological advancement such as Artificial intelligence and IOT which should reduce the costs and make the company competitive.
