Being afraid of nonverbal contact — Without understanding, a large amount of miscommunication occurs. Communication is sometimes misconstrued and misrepresented through nonverbal indications. The facial expression of an person and the change of body language can be a potent message conveyed involuntarily. Recognize the message can be seen as separate from what was initially meant. Taking the time to examine yourself with accuracy. Focus on the voice tone, eye touch, and body language.
Low coordination between workers and organization managers — Coordination must stay transparent, available and approachable in order to be flexible between workers and managers personnel. Ineffective collaboration begins boiling as workers feel like their voices are not being heard. Have the management check in regularly with members of their staff. Hear your complaints, and your successes. The future issues can be minimized by maintaining regular discussions.
Making assumptions — Fostering an open working atmosphere in which workers believe that their requests and suggestions are being encouraged and acknowledged. Without this behavioral technique, workers sometimes make assumptions so they don't feel confident speaking up, because we know what happens when people act off conclusions themselves.
Ownership Deficit — An integral aspect of the design is the complete knowledge and comprehension of the functions performed by all Participants. Without transparency, workers are subconsciously getting confident dropping tasks and moving their weight onto the plate of another, opening the door to potential issues. The company's structure, as predicted, would eventually collapse until workers understand that their position is not only important, but vital to the organization's overall success.

Very frequently, administrators and team members want their staff to do it in a manner that will not verbalize their desires. One of the greatest errors is to believe people know what to do. Or that they're trying to do it in a way because you see that as the rational way to do it. You get discouraged when it doesn't work and the people get upset. Prevent this from changing by making clear your goals and answering questions to make sure the staff knows precisely what you want them to do.
