Answer
Quality is a focus component for the development of successful just in time Pull production system because this system works on demand pull basis and it focuses on producing what is necessary, when it is necessary and in the right quantity, allowing the pursue of quality, minimizing the cost delivery system and waste reduction. Just in time works to improve the quality by continuous improvements of operation in order to guarantee free defects in the products. Just in time production always encourages high quality products and continuously improve the efficiency. But always focuses on constant communication with the customer in order to improve the processes and meet the changing needs and promote higher customer satisfaction in the applied organization. Focusing on the quality work towards the effective implementation of just in time pull philosophy. Just in time pull production system airlines the raw material orders from the suppliers directly with the production schedules which are already set. The just in time system is a system in which the producers hold sufficient inventory is to have enough good quality products in order to observe the maximum market demand which may arise in case of sudden fluctuations as there are certain situations which cannot be controlled and can cause sudden change in the demand.
