Organizational Chart is a graphical representation of the hierarchy of the officials in an organization from up to down. It helps in understanding the managerial structure and the departmental structure of the organization. It sets the business pathway through which a communication process for different business procedures from one department to other department or from one official to another official. this organised method of communication assures the confidentiality of the business process or procedure and it reduces the chances for any confusion.

To study the organizational structure of a business, one has to go through the analytical understanding of a business's type, it's size, it's area of operation, it's working method, it's managerial structure and it's departmental structure. these data altogether makes a sense in one, about organizational structure

Management in an organization is like a head in a human body. It controls the whole business process from the top sitting at the centre. Management means, manage men tactfully. That explains management in view words. Managing men tactfully means to get your work done from your employee's as if they themselves are working for you, not just because they have been asked. Management means to provide the employee with the suitable workplace environment to work and a suitable reward for their work. Involving the employees in the decision of making process through conducting a kind of game between them to complete a task in time, or by asking them questions to answer for rewards, may bring out a hidden talent, a new way to carry ahead, it will also help in generating a healthy way of competition among them.
