The patient is suffering from " Necrotizing vasculitis ".

Because in these condition we will see the signs and symptoms like vascular inflammation and necrosis of blood and due to that the narrowing leads to there is an increased and high blood pressure may seen in the patients.

So the medical condition is Necrotizing vasculitis.

We can not treat client immediately, we need to wait for additional test and do the tests to treat client problem, because, here we need to test the C Reactive protein, to know the infection rate,

Complete blood picture to know the enough blood cells are there or not, and during infection the wbc count may increased.

And we need to test the Cirtain antibodies like antineutropil cytoplasmic antibody test, so with this test we can diagnose conformly it is Necrotizing vasculitis, then we can go for further treatment.

* it is initially treated with anti inflammatory drugs those are called as carticosteroids.

* these NSAIDS may decreases the inflammation of blood vessels, the drugs are Azathioprin, Methotrexate, Mycophenolate .

* during in severe condition we can use Ritiximab, and another choice of drug is cyclophasphoramide.

Cyclophasphomide side effects are :

* loss of appetite

* temporary hair loss.

* changes in skin colour.

* diarrhea
