one of the most growing sector in most of the nations is
healthcare sector- similarly carrying many problems to the firms in
this sector. the major problems are:
- shortage of talented people in this sector: skilled and
talented manpower is the fuel to healthcare sector. The skilled
people introduce innovative practices at the organization level and
offer quality services to the patients by minimizing wastages. But
due to the shortage of skilled people, it is not turn into reality
to the firms and following the traditional practices only.
- managing the load: some times the patients may join in high
number and some time in low number. there is no consistency or a

change and innovative practices. the management should take correct
steps to encourage employees towards and this and provide many
