Major Elements of a Strong Culture are :

1. Vision & Mission : Vision and mission should be clearly defined and communicated to each and every person in the organisation

2. Code of Conduct : An organisation with strong cultures defines a set of guidelines or code of conduct to enable its people to achieve their goals

3. Diginity of Individual : Every individual should feel respected and should feel that he/she is contributing to the success of the organisation. The ego, belief, religion, gender etc should come in the way of how an employee is treated

4. Teamwork - Strong culture inspires team work and camaraderie amongst associates. There is friendly rivalry which is good for the growth of the individuals as well as the company
