Major Elements of a Strong Culture are :
1. Vision & Mission : Vision and mission should be clearly defined and communicated to each and every person in the organisation
2. Code of Conduct : An organisation with strong cultures defines a set of guidelines or code of conduct to enable its people to achieve their goals
3. Diginity of Individual : Every individual should feel respected and should feel that he/she is contributing to the success of the organisation. The ego, belief, religion, gender etc should come in the way of how an employee is treated
4. Teamwork - Strong culture inspires team work and camaraderie amongst associates. There is friendly rivalry which is good for the growth of the individuals as well as the company
5. Communication - It is a key factor for any culture to thrive. It is the at the base of everything we do. A strong culture allows 360 degree feedback mechanisms, have robust grievance redressal systems.
Features of Highly Innovative Organisations:
1. Unique & relevant strategy : Innovative organisations offer USP either through the product or through process. They are able to command a premium for threir product or service based on this USP
2. Acceptance of Failures : Innovative organisations encourage its employees to try different things without worrying failure. They accept failures as long as some important lessons are learnt from them.
3. Entreprenuership - Innovative organisations give full autonomy to its employees to take decisions and implement change. They offer start up like environment to work

5. Innovation with execution - In a truly innovative company, the innovators are not just ideators but they get their hands dirty and implement their ideas, make course corrections & see it happening
