As I am an MBA graduate working with a multinational company that market leader in switchgear products and the company is practicing product differentiation strategy in the switchgear market.

The company is offering unique switchgear products industrial and domestic use and the company has strong channels.

The company is focusing on high-quality products on high rates and creating market leadership by innovations, engineering, product development, implementing change to introduce new technology in products and manufacturing.

Company as per predictions and analysis will face huge competition if the price of the products will not reduce increased market share because new competitors are offering better quality products on affordable prices and products available in the market. Company channels partners are switching to other competitors products because of quality, price, product availability, and good market positioning.
