Sub: Flex time to students in the campus

Dear sir, this letter is to bring to your kind notice about the flex time to be given to our students in the campus. Our College working hours are from 10 AM to 4 PM, which is good time for all the students to attend the regular classes.

As we know that our College students are from poor background where they are not having good communication skills and the teaching and learning process is not sufficient for the students to learn and grow. If we can provide some flex time for students after college hours, where a teacher will be provided to give them extra support to improve their communication skills.

Secondly students can improve in their academic by collaborative and team work, where the all can meet at this flex time provided in the campus.

Conducting quiz, tests, and study hours can also be done in this flex time.

Requesting you to consider this as a benefit for the students and the institution over all and hoping to take positive decision.

Yours sincerely

Dr. Sunanda
