In order to ensure adequacy of steady supplies at a site it is very important to regularly check the work in progress and order in advance regarding the material which is required at the site. For example if a material is required at a project site and it usually takes 5 days to completely utilize the product in the project then as a responsible manager it is the responsibility of him to have a detailed survey of the status of the the product used in the side by making a physical visit at the. The product must be ordered well in advance like in this case the product must be ordered well before time maybe 3 days beforehand, so that even in the worst case of delays the product must reach at the site as early as possible and can match up with the delays.
In order to ensure adequacy of investigational product at site there are two important factors which must be considered one factor is that the investigational product must be manufactured by a reputed and trusted brand, so that the product can be easily relied upon it and the manufacturer does not make any changes with regard to quality of the product and second important factor which must be considered is that the product must be regularly check at the site it must be in order to ensure its quality and the user of the product randomly engages in testing the quality, so that any chances of low quality product can be prevented.
