Ensuring the safety of nurse with Immobile
patients-
- Identify Complications of immobility (e.g.contractures,Bed
sores) and avoid Direct touching the Infected Skin.
- Assess the client for mobility, gait and motor skills so Nurse
needn't assist the patient fully.

integrity and prevent skin breakdown (e.g., turning, repositioning,
pressure-relieving support surfaces) that can reduce the burden on
the nurse.
- Apply knowledge of nursing and psychomotor skills when
providing care to clients with immobility.
- Apply and maintain or remove orthopedic devices (e.g. splints,
braces, casts) as per the needs.
- Apply and maintain devices used to promote venous return (e.g.,
anti-embolic stockings,compression devices) so Patients
complications can too be prevented.

repositioning so he/she needn't depend on nurse Everytime.
- Maintain the client's correct body alignment so The improvement
will be better.

- Implement measures to promote circulation in the body (e.g.,
active or passive range of motion, positioning and mobilization) so
patient can improve better in mobilty and nurse will too get
relieved due to less burden of work.
