Enter the data into excel workbook,
Go to Data and click on DataAnalysis
Select Anova single Factor
Select input range grouped by columns and labels in first row. and then click ok.
*** If you want to change alpha you can edit it for required level of significance.****
Hypothesis:
H0: All treatment means are equal.
H1: Atleast one treatment mean is different from others.

Since p-value is less than 0.05 we reject null hypothesis and conclude that there exists a significant differences between the treatment means.
