In pre Aristotle era , according of Egyptian study of anatomy they recognize organs like art kidney liver spleen , uterus and bladder and they understood that blood vessels are coming from heart . According to them the two vessels of right ear will carry the breath of life while two to the left ear will carry breath of death . In 1550 BC it is found that heart is the center of blood circulation and the function of kidney .

In Greek studies they used to do dissection of animals to construct the anatomy and physiology behind it so they identified optic nerves and they viewed blood innate heat . According to Hippocrates he had clear view of musculoskeletal structure and know the function of kidney .

The major concerns of pre Aristotelian era was that they have no idea about saliva and sweat from where they are coming from . Due to lack of radially available human specimen there knowledge about anatomy of organs was very minimal .
