I work for the lower management in a video game designing firm and some of the strategies that the firm. Implemented that was a success was:-

1. Use of big Dana analytics to predict the market trend.

2. Use of lean sigma six methodologies to maximize the project efficiency.

I can surely say that both these decisions have worked in tee favour of the firm as it is evident with the sales figure that we currently have

The leadership behaviour that the management and the team leaders exhibited during this time was transformational and democratic. This was due to the fact that the bureaucratic style of behaviour that was followed earlier did not provide the team's with enough success as the factor of team input was not taken and therefore, the decisions taken by the upper management were the only decisions that were followed. This resulted in a very linear performance and with the change in the leadership style to allow the input of all the working teams on the project. New methods were implemented using lean and sigma six methodologies.
