One of the main goals of good model/template design is scalability and replicability. What do each of these words mean in the context of model/template building?
Scalability is a concept in the sense of the model / template construction which is assisted by the functionality of the system model that defines in detail the degree to which the model template can evaluate the cope and efficiency of design at any other workload level that the system handles. On the other hand , the ability of the system design to take those aspects from the already defined aspects in the sense of model building / template building is replicability, so as to achieve a successful outcome from system design. This means that we talk about the ability of the design to repeat what was previously in the way a solution was found when we talked about replicability.
So, in a more insight on the scalability, you find that whenever the system design is built such that it is able to depict how the design will be categorizing the variables that the system captures in its entirety where there is proportionality envisaged in the building of the design. For the case of replicability, it connotes to the move whereby the building of the system is able to be in a way such that an idea or aspect can be derived from a previous work that the design can emulate and also what aspect of the design would be emulated by other designs.
The budget process is often iterative and may involve a first, second, and even third round of discussions and updates with department managers/senior management. Given this situation, what could we do from an organizational standpoint to effectively keep track of all these changes and why is it important to build a flexible budget template?
A term called Agile Project Management, where several small sections are developed and completed during different phases, could be used to track all the changes in the budget process and therefore all the changes could easily be monitored. The project team shall review and verify various sections or iterations of this approach. One of the main advantages of the strategy is that all problems will be discussed at the right time, i.e. issues will be resolved and modified appropriately, during the entire project process. To compensate for the need for changes in various levels of activity during the project evaluation process, it is important to establish a flexible budget template. It shall be drawn up in relation to the level of production and activities in the project, defining fixed , variable and semi-variable costs. Therefore, time-saving efficiency and project completion in time.
