Chronic overconsumption of Raw eggs causes biotin or vitamin B7 deficiency .

Raw egg contains avidin ,also called egg white injury factor . Avidin decreases the absorption of vitamin B7/ vitamin H or biotin in the body causing Symptoms such as dementia and dermatitis

Pyridoxal, pyridoxine and pyridoxamine are better known as vitamin B6.

Vitamin B6 is pyridoxalamine due to presence of pyridine ring in the structure vitamin C is ascorbic acid .

Vitamin B12 deficiency during pregnancy is associated with neural tube defect.

Vitamin B12 is made by intestinal bacteria which is absorbed easily.

Vitamin K and vitamin B12 also called cyanocobalamine are the only two vitamins synthesised by intestinal bacteria. Vitamin B12 is absorbed by the intrinsic factor produced by the stomach .

Brocoli is good source of vitamin C

Brocoli also contains other vitamins like vitamin B1,B3, and B6 and minerals like calcium.

Vitamin B12 deficiency causes macrocytic anemia .

Deficiency of vitamin B12 causes megaloblastic anemia in which red blood cells appear larger in size ,hence called macrocytic anemia.

Vitamin C is needed for hydroxylation of lysine.

Vitamin C hydroxylates lysine and proline to hydroxy lysine and hydroxyproline catalysed by lysyl hydroxylase and prolyl hydroxylase respectively.
