Analysis of cultural dimensions in Australia:

Individualism and collectivism:-

Australia has a medium score of 4.29 on institutional collectivism. This score implies that Australian society has low collectivism and relatively higher level of individualism. This means that institutions encourage and reward individual achievement. People are expected to take care of themselves and their families, while organizations hire and promote people based on meritocracy and individual attainment.

Egalitarianism and hierarchy:-

The country has a relatively low score on power distance of 2.78 implying that the society does not appreciate hierarchy and bureaucracy. In Australian organizations, power is distributed equally, and the managers and superiors are easily accessible.

Performance orientation:-
