The one benefit I would provide is the health insurance to the employees and their family members. I would choose this because the employees will develop a secured feeling and also feel that the company cares for them and their families. The health of the employees matters the most and as a human being, it is very normal to care for others. The company should also do the same and provide a good insurance plan that can cover the medical expenses of the employees and their families. The employees work hard and contribute to the success of the company. So it will be the responsibility of the company to take care of its employees when they have health issues. Most of the companies do not give importance to this and they go with other options like a yearly bonus or paid holidays. They might sound attractive but they do not do any good to the employees in the long run. It is always better to maintain a good health in order to work without any worries for a long time.
