According to the MBTI personality type, the personality result I could see for myself is about a Consul. According to the personality test, A consul is a personality type where the person shows the traits of Observant, Extraverted, Judging and Feeling. These kind of people are people-focused and are also attentive. These people like and enjoy taking part in the social community and groups and also their achievements are guided and supervised by the decisive values and having a personality to share and offer guidance to other people.
Yes, I believe that this personality does matches with what I thought the result would be and thus I am satisfied with the same result. I do believe myself to be to be an Extraverted and outgoing person who likes to share and also is open in communication and interacting with the society. I often am an observant person seeking to take pleasure in the details, is Judging and having a perceived Feeling personality. I find myself to be attentive to people and whenever they are sharing with me their problems and thus a people’s person. Also, I like to share my view points and advice so that I could help people to often find ways to solve their problems and take right decisions.
Having differing personalities is a challenge in itself in the organisation and workplace. This is because of the fact that every organisation is having a management and leadership style that prevails and helps to lead people accordingly to achieve the best out of the stated objectives. If the same organisation is having people with different personalities and view points, it would become harder for the organisation to integrate and bring the togetherness among the people. Different personalities often are seen to be in conflict and thus it could also create a unhealthier environment and organisational culture.
