Discuss three problems that can arise during strategy implementation. How can an organization overcome these problems?

Three problems that can arise during strategy implementation are-

Lack of support of top leaders in which if all leaders on the top are not on board or on the same page then it can lead to failure of strategy implementation. for example- if CEO wants to acquire a company but board members disagree for this strategy so its implementation is not good also this goes to middle level where actual work like actual implementation is done at lower level so Top leaders should support them.

Lack of communication where situations like breaking of communication from top to bottom or bottom to top level can affect strategy implementation.

Third is lack of resources like HR, funds etc because strategy on paper is way more different then strategy implemented in reality. it need resources to successfully implement.

The ways organization can overcomes these problems by asking from support of top leaders like Middle level manager can ask for support of CEO and CEO take full interest by meeting, communicating with them so strategy can be implemented successfully.top leaders should motivate and inspire them.

second way is review and communicate with each important people who involved in strategy implementation.Communication is key in the execution of any new strategy. An effective communication plan must be initiated from the top down. Transparent, honest communication is not only the quality of an effective organization, but it is a necessary step for any new roll out.

third way is to have proper budget and planning in advance so that organization can have fair and optimal level of resources to make sure strategy implemented successfully.
