The Chief Information Officer(CIO) could have entirely set of several responsibilities in today's industry.This job is to maintain Innovative,co-ordination,balance the IT budget and to motivate staffs.Hard skills are technically and specific to do a specific job in IT fields.they must know the Mathematical calculations and basic Software Applications.The basic qualities the CIO is first to qualify as Team Leader for 5 to 6 years then,after experiencing in Team Leader only to become a Manager.After the experience of Manager then,to promote our position as Chief Information Officer(CIO).CIO requires some basic skills like Project Management and Budget balance skill,ability to join and remove any team members,mastery in all skills etc..Soft skills like team work,humour,enhance skills,etc..They must be survey the every minute in Data Management skills,partner Management .They are conducting official and non-official meetings.They used to solve large problems into small problems and finally rectify them.After finishing the successfull project they conducted a party,family tour and complements etc.
