Explain the difference between an 'Offer' and an "Invitation to do Business". In your answer give an example of one (1) case that supports your answer
Differences between an offer and invitation to do business are as follows-
A. When a person is expressing his willingness to do or not to do something to other person in order to get his approval is an offer, whereas when the person is inviting the business in order to make an offer is known as invitation to do business.
B. An offer would be meaning to enter into the contract whereas the invitation to do business will be to receive various proposals and negotiation with the business after receipt of those proposals.
C. There is essential to make an agreement while making an offer whereas there is no essential to make an offer, while making an invitation to do business.
D. The offer will be becoming an agreement, when it is accepted whereas the invitation to do business will be becoming an offer, when it is accepted.
When there is is an offer made, it will have a desire to to transform into an agreement, whereas the invitation to do business is more like receiving various proposals and negotiating upon those proposals.
